Abstract: At present time,the relationship between the consensus and mass medium has become very complicated.So the examination of a public opinion needs a consideration of the influence and the public's resistance to the influence.This way we may properly judge the authenticity of the consensus or public opinions issued by the mass medium or consensus investigation.
