Abstract: The Innovative Education of21th-century Colleges in China plays an important role in the compliment of overall qualities education among the students.This paper discusses some problems of how to adjust the educational guidance to a better model,how to stimulate the students'desire for innovation and cultivate their spirit of innovation,on the basis of which we tend to develop the innovative education up to a new surging movement in the new century.
