Abstract: Child bearing Control is the be gi nning of human's change of bearing mode from the natural state to man's own ch oice.At present the bearing control methods are mainly contraception,induced abo rtion,and sterilization.The bearing con-trol is not merely an issue of technolo gy,but also covers many ethical issues,which focus on the life ethics.
