Abstract: At the turn of millenaries,the Internet has been developed rapidly and attracted millions and millions of people with its peculiar sense of "Geneses". Just at this time. Chengdou, Forget Me Tonight, a net-fiction that was exposed to the public and has now become a hot topic.Only one week after its publication the author empowered the book to the publishers in Hongkang, Taiwan, and foreign countries. As for a net literary works, it is really marvelous in the view of the public.This paper takes an overall view of the structure, language, and theme of the story book, and meanwhile makes a comparison between the net works and old styled ones in order to search for the root of the new net literary works.
