Abstract: The humanities education is closely related to the tropism of the human morality and the heritage of the legal conception, so it is absolutely related to the shaping and development of the spirits of humanities and of the nation. This social function shows that the humanities education has to acclimatize the contemporary social trends and keep its advancement in order to reflect the zeitgeist.This paper argues that at present the humanities education should be centered round such aspects as broadening the students to the global vision, cultivating their national spirit, and developing their sense of value, of law and of innovation.
