Abstract: In recent years the experimental work of the collegiate self-determination of the undergraduates' registration is an important experiment in Chinese educational reform.It is beneficial to deepen the reform of the higher education,and it is good to push forward a overall quality education and to provide a condition for the state to select excellent personnel. No doubt the self-determination will exercise a positive effect on the development of the higher education.
