Abstract: The socialization of community construction is an important task in present China.At the turning period of the social form, the primary tasks are put the Development forward, improve the environment, better the people's life, promote management of the service, and develop the resident's sense of community. Doing well in the socialization requires the government's change of the managerial mode, that is turning the governmental uniformity of community management to social resources sharing of the community.
