Abstract: This paper studies the enterprise flexibility in view of the flowing process. It describes the flexibility respectively in the three stages of the process: apperception, analysis, and reflection, and then points out the measuring dimensionality with consideration of the approach of slack measurement; finally presents an enterprise achievement flowing model consisting of the external environment-the flexibility of the core flowing process-the enterprise achievements.
