Abstract: Coming with the Internet,the humanity has entered the information era. Business and Human Resource Management (HRM) is in face of new challenges.Because of some historical reasons, there is something special in the HRM of modern colleges' industries. It's urgent to establish a new HRM system instead of the traditional one. The most important and difficult thing is to develop a Human Resource Information Management System step by step for the industries,which is based on modern information technologies, and realize the HRM in formalization in industries of colleges.
