浅论对西方管理中人本观念的借鉴及运用

    On the Reference and Application of the Humanistic Conception of the Western Management

    • 摘要: 管理的人本观念的确立与运用,既是人类历史上漫长管理实践的发展必然趋势,又是现代管理活动中提高管理效率的客观要求。现代管理不仅把人看作是生产力要素和手段,而且要把人作为目的。借鉴西方人本理论,在社会主义现代管理中运用人本观念,对于我国社会主义现代化建设有着十分重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: The establishment and application of the managerial humanism are the inevitable tendency of the long-term managerial practice and the objective requirement for raising managerial efficiency in modern management activities. Modern management views man as not only the essential element and means of the productivity but as the goal of the management itself. It is significant for Chinese socialist modernization to take a reference of the western humanistic concept and apply it in Chinese socialist modern management.
