摘要: 从死者死亡那一刻起到被安葬止,会涉及一些需要法律来规范的问题,而我国现有法律对此的规定过于简单且缺乏操作性,这样会给法律实践带来诸多麻烦,因此完善相关的法律法规就成为必要之事。

Abstract: From the moment of one’s death to that of the burial,there are some problems that need to be defined by law.But the present relevant Chinese law is too simple to be valid and operative,which no doubt has brought about many diffi-culties and troubles.So it is necessary to complete the relative law.
