Abstract: This paper discusses present situation of short message of mobile phone and analyzes the cause that short message has been universalized.The analysis shows that there are various mobile phone messages such as rubbish information,false and swindling information,harmful political information that are harmful to the state safety,obscene sex information,and in-formation that means ballyraging,violence,homicide and abettor,etc.This kind of information are harmful and destructive.The present author puts forward some countermeasures from the following four aspects:the mobile telephone manufacturer,the sell businessman,the administrative government and the user.
