Abstract: There have been great achievements in modernization by human being in the recent centuries.However,this modernization effort centered by economic construction and aimed at blindly pursuing material wealth will cost a great deal.Now it.’s time for the human being to meditate the previous way of modernization and find the suitable way of further development in the future.Through the disastrous results produced from the modernization can’t remind us the post modern as a must be choice,but it is valuable and can be chosen by the human being.Viewed from the post modern,the knowledge economy has two-fold characteristics.The chance and possibility for the human being heading to the post modern are timely provided due to the coming of the knowledge economy.Both intellectuals on social and natural science study will play a great role in the times of the knowledge economy and the post modern.
