摘要: 国有企业近年来出现了较为严重的人才外流现象,影响和制约了国有企业的发展,本文作者对国有企业人才流失问题的现状、原因进行了较为详尽的分析,并提出了对策与建议,认为解决问题的重点应放在提高国有企业经济效益和建立有效的员工激励机制上。Abstract: Brain drain in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in recent years have become a serious problem, affecting and limiting the development of SOEs.. This article analyses the current situations and reasons of this phenomenon and suggests countermeasures and advice, which is that emphasis should be placed on improving SOEs' profitability and establishing an efficient employee incentive mechanism.
