Abstract: PDCA Circulation is a type of scientific management working procedure proposed by American quality management expert Dr. Dai Ming. This article elaborates on the content and features of PDCA Circulation and applies the methods of PDCA Circulation to analyze the working volume and the problem of working enhancement in graduate student enrollment management, so as to improve the quality and efficiency in graduate student enrollment with the applications of modern management methodology.
