Abstract: The regulation of enterprises merger is an important part of Anti-monopoly Law. There have been a widespread debate about enterprise merger in the academic circle, and a frame on the legal regulations of enterprise merger has been built, but it is far from specific. This article explores the criteria of regulating enterprise merger, and the details involved in the application for approval and exemption regarding to enterprise merger, at the same time proposing suggestions for Anti-monopoly Law drafting in China.
