Abstract: Contradictions and conflicts between science and technology and the public arise when the development of adaptable cultures, such as knowledge, belief, ethics, customs and so on, fall behind the development of such materialistic culture as science and technology. Besides the reason mentioned above, another one is the objective existence of negative effects of science and technology. This paper proposes that the only solution to the conflicts between science and technology and the public is the organic development of science and technology.
