Abstract: During the neodemocratist revolution period, the Communist Party of China leads local residences to stipulate a series of laws, regulations and ordinance in order to consolidate the revolution bases that the Party has just secured, and among these contents revolution basis human rights protection is one of the important components. In retrospect and study of the history of human rights protection led by the Communist Party of China in the neodemocratist period, it helps us in accelerating the construction and perfection of human rights laws legislation and a modern and strong socialist country with comprehensive laws in the 21st century and building a well-off society in an all round way.
