Abstract: This article examines the functions of national economy mobilization in the Iraq war and the SARS crisis from a sustainable development strategy, analyzing the relationship between national economy mobilization and sustainable development strategy from the contents, status and function of national economy mobilization. Based on the expansion of the contents of sustainable development strategy, the paper reaches a conclusion that sustainable development strategy is a coordination development strategy of human, nature, science, technology, economy society and national defense.
