Abstract: Knowledge management is becoming one of the core management contents in enterprises,and the importance of knowledge management strategy is being gradually understood by enterprises. This paper applies SWOT method to the research for the method of establishing knowledge management strategy, and explores some key issues in the implementation of knowledge management strategy.
