从角色理论谈高校内部组织管理中权力关系

    The Power Relationship in Organization Management of Higher Education Institutions in View of Role Theory

    • 摘要: 社会角色理论是目前学术界和社会公众极为关注的社会心理学理论之一,它对于一些社会问题的认识和解决有一定的现实意义。本文运用社会角色理论的基本概念和观点来解释高校组织内部管理中两种基本权力关系及之间矛盾存在的原因,同时对行政和学术权力之间关系的优化和协调进行初步的探讨。

       

      Abstract: Social role theory is one of the most heeded social psychology in the current academic circle and social public concerns,because it has a pragmatic application to the knowledge and resolution of some social problems. This paper applies the basic concepts and viewpoints of social role theory to explain the reasons why there are two types of basic power relationships in the internal management of higher education institutions and the conflicts between the two parties; meanwhile it proposes a preliminary resolution to the optimization and coordination between administrative and academic powers.
