The Logistic Chain in Mobilization of National Economy ——a case study of the war in Iraq and the Battle against SARS in China

摘要: 伊拉战争和抗击“非典”的活动启动了国民经济动员工作,尤以“物流”为突出。本文从物流链的角度,分析了这两次国民经济动员活动的异同,为提高国民经济动员能力提供了新的思路。

Abstract: Both of the Iraq war and Chin's fighting against SARS launched the work of Mobilization of National Economy, especially the logistics. This paper tries to find out the differences between the two operational modes of logistic chain in Mobilization of National Economy and offers a new way of improving the ability of Mobilization of National Economy.
