摘要: 长期以来,高校名称权未引起人们的关注,在实际社会生活中,高校名称权不断受到外来的、明显的和内在的、隐性的侵犯,社会各界尤其是高校应当重视高校名称权问题,采取措施对其加以保护。

Abstract: The name right of colleges has long been ignored. In reality, the name right of colleges has been insulted internally and externally, apparently and unapparently. Social circles especially those colleges should attach great importance to the name right of colleges and take some measures to protect it.
