Abstract:
This paper aims to examine the effect of group counseling on self-contempt undergraduates. This study focuses on the designing of activities, the observation during the counseling course, and the core point of further impelling group members to improve themselves positively.The results of evaluation suppose that the group counseling is valid to interpersonal communication of self-contempt college students. And the availability includes the group counseling offers safe environment, encouragement and positive feedback between members enable them enhance self-confidence, and students can feel self-value by helping others. Grouping counseling gives students the opportunity to practice communicate skills so that they can use them in real lives.
