Abstract: We live in a time when scientific communication can be found everywhere. The importance of the communication is becoming popularized rapidly, which accelerates the growth of the corresponding demand and the issue of a series of positive governmental measures. This move has also accelerated the development of scientific communication industry and strengthened the construction of its educational system, on the basis of which the pace of occupationalizing scientific communication has been speeded up. To raise the occupationalization and to integrate the resources of scientific communication in our society can advance the development of the nationwide scientific communication.
