基于顾客价值的质量经济性模型初探

摘要: 与传统质量经济性理论不同,本文从顾客价值角度对产品质量与产品寿命周期费用的关系、产品质量价格关系进行了分析,从而得出产品质量对顾客价值的影响;同时从企业角度考虑产品质量对产品制造成本的影响,以此为基础建立了基于顾客价值的质量经济性模型,并在分析过程中提出了持续改进产品质量、相对折价等提升顾客价值的途径。Abstract: Taking a different view of quality economy from the traditional study, this paper analyzes the relationship between product quality and life cycle cost and quality-price strategies from the angle of customers. It also tries to develop a model on the basis of quality impact on customer value, and meanwhile through the analysis it provides some ways to improve customer value for enterprises.
