Abstract: With the globalization of economy as the background, this paper firstly analyses the essence of the New Liberalism and the rationalities and irrationalities of the advocators, and then explains why there are still many unsatisfactory things in the framework of the operating international economy though the advocators of new liberalism try their best to publicize the concepts of it; and further expounds how the developing countries (including China) can get rid of the negative impact of the New Liberalism but take its positive quintessence; and finally analyses the relationship among the three, ie. globalization, being marginal and new liberalism.
