Abstract: With the rapid development of civil high-tech, one major orientation is to apply civil high-tech resources to military construction. This paper firstly discusses the possibility of the utilization of civil high-tech, then points out several problems that will restrict this application,and finally puts forward some politic suggestions for advancing the application of civil high-tech in military construction.
