Abstract: This paper firstly states the characteristics and existing problems of Science and Technology Intelligence working mode under the rapidly developing network environment and probes into the transformation of Science and Technology Intelligence working mode, and then puts forward the new Science and Technology Intelligence working mode, and finally points out the trend of development and difficulties in the future Science and Technology Intelligence working mode.
