Abstract: Japanese judicature system has achieved certain achievements since its establishment after the Second World War. It gradually forms a unique style of its own in the process of Japanese legitimate governance. To learn from Japanese lessons and experience in this system and strengthen Chinese reformation in this field, the paper closely examines and sums up the characteristics and the defects of Japanese Judicature system and points out the orientation for the reformation of Judicature System of Japan.
