Abstract: This paper emphasizes the importance of cultivating and stabilizing the contingent of authors under the new circumstances, and points out that only by following the economic law, putting more emotional inputs into the contingent of authors and economically stimulating the authors can the publishing house develop and make the author team stronger, and strengthen the competitive power of the publishing houses.
