Abstract: Communication competency is being more and more concentrated in today's classroom English teaching. Interaction of the students in class is the core of their communication activities, and group work is an effective way of carrying out the interaction. This paper is trying to find the feasibility of organizing pair work through an investigation; and it also poses some problems in this area and offers some constructive solutions.
