Abstract: At present, Offense against Sunlight right has gradually become a kind of environmental social effects of pollution in China. This paper discusses the legislation, theories, and prejudications of Japan's Remedy System to the Offense against Sunlight right, and then holds that the system in Japan will provide some revelation on how to perfect the relevant regulations in China.
