Abstract: Mobilized virtual corporation combines the core competitiveness of civil and military enterprises, and is able to complete production tasks in high quality within a relatively short time. The establishment of a mobilized virtual corporation meets the demands of national economy mobilization in a new era, and is a form of realization of flexible mobilization.
