Abstract: A simplified trial procedure, which economizes legal resources and improves efficiency, applies to cases in which the prosecuted admit their crimes. This essay proposes a detailed plan with regard to the practices that should be adopted in simplified trial procedure and urges an establishment of system protection for the realization of the procedure.
