Abstract: Feng Yanshi and Yan Shu are two important poets in the history of Chinese poetry, and there is an affinity between the two as is reflected in their styles. "Yangchun Collection" and "The Poetry of Jewellery" basically belong to the literature of feast, and they adopt the erotic themes initiated by the genre of "flower poem." Both varied and affinitive aspects, which exist in the poems of Feng and Yan, will be discussed from the perspectives of emotional keynote, connotations, artistic expression, symbolic image and ambience.
