Abstract: This essay offers a comparison in the integration models of administrative zone and high technology zone based on an analysis of the current management models of high technology zone. It attempts to proof the reasonability, feasibility and efficiency of the integration management models, and indicates the possible problems that may arise in the process of integration and proposes solutions to solving these problems.
