摘要: 从知识经济条件下以人为本的理念出发,提出了只有培训开发才是绩效考核最终目的的观点。围绕这一观点,分析了目前在绩效考核工作中普遍存在的一些问题以及解决这些问题时应着手进行的改革。Abstract: Based on the theory of human-as-the-principle under the conditions of knowledge-based economy, this paper proposes that training and development is the ultimate goal of performance evaluation. In light of this proposal an analysis of the current problems in performance evaluation is provided and reforms to tackle these problems are suggested.
