Abstract: This paper discusses the necessities and principles of the evaluation system of investment efficiency in universities and tries to put forward some suggestions. It begins with the analysis of the relationship between investment and production, then discusses how to set up an evaluation index and the system of right weight for the university investment efficiency. This analysis is based on the concepts of the attached degree of fuzzy math and level analytic method in order to precede a single-factor fuzzy evaluation and multiple fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.
