Abstract:
School crisis management has become an important issue in school management as emergencies and crises occur aa greater frequency. This paper defines school crisis management and classifies school crises. According to relevant theorieon crisis management, it proposes six basic principles to school crisis warning and treatment: basic principles to crisimanagement, an organization to establish a comprehensive management and a prediction system for crises, warninclassification and its treatment, the identification of crises, the treatment of crises and the restoration of crises. It furtheexposits three key issues related to school crisis management and treatment: to reinforce political education and to reiteratrelevant regulations; to ensure fluent information communication and a comprehensive treatment against crises; and to studschool crisis management theory and methodology.
