Abstract: Venture investment is an industry of high asymmetry information and operation risks, to which venture capital organization caters. This paper reviews the results of relevant research on this issue and applies the theory of information economics to analyze the advantages of limited partnership, and contends that it is the most effective model in venture capital operation and advices Chinese counterparts to follow suit.
