Abstract: Cyber (internet) culture as a symbol of the technology revolution which is based on information technology has permeatedinto every walks of life in our society today. As a new media, internet exerts both negative and positive influences on themorality of college students. Practitioners in moral education are urged to direct college students to establish a right outlookon the world, life and values.
