审美文化:高等教育的“第三文化”

    Aesthetic Culture: The“Third Culture”of Higher Education in China

    • 摘要: 审美文化是科学文化滋长的坚实心理基础,同时又是人文文化陶冶过程中不可取代的重要阶段。在理性追求、价值诉求和创造实践方面,科学与人文总是“纷争频仍,”而审美文化恰恰在这一方面超越、融合并完善了“两种文化”而成为独立的“第三文化”。在学术视野中,审美文化的定位也超越了传统美学的领域。以审美文化为依据构建高等教育的认识论、价值论和实践论仅仅是为了明确宣示和突显审美因素在高等教育中的重要性。

       

      Abstract: Aesthetic culture (asthetische Kultur) is the solid psychological foundation of the scientific culture, and a very importantstage of humanistic culture. There are always conflicts between the scientism and humanism in the pursuit of reason, values andpractice. But it is aesthetic culture that transcends, synchronizes and perfects the conflicts of the two cultures. Aesthetic culturestands out as the independent Third Culture. From the viewpoint of academics, the orientation of aesthetic culture also goes beyondthe limits of traditional aesthetics. To construct a higher education of epistemology, axiology and practice based on aesthetic cultureonly serves to highlight and emphasize the importance of aesthetic factor in higher education.
