摘要: 通过对敏捷动员模式下的国民经济动员潜力的研究,建立了国民经济动员潜力构成的逻辑模型,分析了国民经济的构成和影响因素,建立了国民经济动员体系的基本框架,提出了动员潜力评价的内容和评价方法。

Abstract: This paper aims to establish a logical model for the national economic mobilization through a research on the corresponding potentiality by the mode of agility mobilization.It analyzes the constitutions of the national economy and the relevant influential factors,establishes a basic framework of the national economic mobilization,and put forward the contents of the potentiality and the evaluating methods.
