Abstract: Mobilization Alliance is a virtual and temporary fictions organization,which is built for mobilization tasks.To meet the needs of evaluating the members' agility and conform to the characteristics of Mobilization Alliance,this paper provides a indictor system and methods on the basis of which the task to evaluate the agility of Mobilization Alliance will be done.
