Abstract: This paper argues the necessity for Road Transportation Enterprise to develop with big strides under the guidance of a scientific development viewpoint.In light of the reality of the current development of the industry,the guiding effect of the innovation theory is offered to analyze the necessary and sufficient conditions and future trend of technological innovation in road transportation enterprises.
