Abstract: Economic globalization diversifies and complicates public affairs,posing great challenges to the traditional governance paradigm.Economic development and social advancement accelerate the advent of a responsive government,whose one characteristic function is to adjust instead of to repress.It envisions a society in which governors face the problems,give priority to issues of different urgency and make promise to the public,and its goal is to realize public interests and infuse a self-correction spirit into governmental management.A responsive government model offers an important approach to the deepening transformation of administration in China.
