Abstract: This paper discusses the impacts that the new economy brings to national economic security from the perspectives of knowledge economy and circular economy with the inductive-synthesis method aiming to the new challenge in the new economy which national economic security faces.The impact of knowledge economy on national economic security is embodied in financial security,internet information security and industry security;the impact of circular economy on national economic security is embodied in industry structure and industry development.National science and technology strength should become the keystone of national economic security,and national economic security will depend on knowledge content in the national economy system.
