Abstract: With all kinds of incidents,natural disasters and large-scale epidemic diseases taking place,the emergency insurance has become more and more important for governance,while theoretical researches in this field is yet under development.This paper tries to put forward some points on the emergency insurance system and a few corresponding countermeasures on the analysis of the situation of our country.
