大遗址的文化价值、经济价值分异探讨——汉长安城案例

The Analysis of Cultural Valuation and Economic Valuation in the Han Chang'an City with Heritage Tourism

摘要: 大遗址可界定为具有重要价值的大面积文化遗存。文章分析了国内机构对大遗址研究的特点,并专门剖析了对汉长安城的研究特点,因而形成新的视角:如何合理进行大遗址的价值分析以及如何在大遗址的价值分析基础上实现文化遗产的可持续保护与利用。大遗址价值(V)分解为文化价值(C)与经济价值(E)两部分,即V=f(C,E)=C+E。以汉长安城为实例,其研究框架为:重新认识汉长安城大遗址的文化价值与计算其经济价值,最后初步提出其遗产保护措施,以期实现文化遗产的可持续保护与利用。大遗址研究需要国际视野:首先要紧密加强国内研究机构的合作。第二,采取既“请进来”也“走出去”的双重战略。第三,充分抓住ICOMOS第十五次大会在中国召开的机遇,让中国的大遗址研究走向世界。

Abstract: The great site is kinds of cultural relics.The characters of Chinese great site researches and researches about the Chang'an city in Han Dynasty are gaved.A new visual angle is formed.The value of the great site is decomposed cultural value and economical value.Taking the Chang'an city in Han Dynasty as an case,the research frame are analysed.At last the research of the great site from international eyeshot is sum upped.
